FAQ
How much space do I need?
Our mattresses are twin size 38x75. You will need another few inches for the teepee and accessories. Please make sure you have approximately 4 feet wide by 7.5 feet deep. Most clients also want to leave an additional 1-2 feet in front of the teepees for a walkway.
How much time for set up and take down?
Typically set up takes anywhere from 30-90 minutes. Take down is usually 30-60 minutes.
Is there an age requirement?
No, there is no age requirement we service all ages and even adults!
Are drinks and food allowed in the tents?
Water & popcorn are allowed on the trays. We ask that you please avoid any sticky or colorful foods and candy that could stain our linens. If anything is damaged the hirer is responsible for the cost of damaged items.

What are the venue requirements?
Furniture must be moved prior to our arrival. We do not move any furniture. A clean and smoke free space is also required. We ask that the teepee area is pet free for the duration of the rental time due to damage and potential allergies.
Is there a fee for delivery?
Delivery, set up and take down is included 20 miles from Woodbury Heights. Any areas over 20 miles will require a $4 per mile upcharge.

Do we get to keep anything?
Unfortunately everything is rented and returned. If you would like to add on any customized items or party favors that is an extra fee and the children can keep that. If you add on balloons those are also yours to keep. We do not take those back.
Will you need outlets for power?
All of our lights and accessories are battery operated. We do need outlets for the glow theme black lights.
What do my guests need to bring ?
We supply everything except pillows for hygiene reasons. The pillows we provide are for decorating purposes ONLY. We kindly ask that you do not use these to sleep and ask your guests to bring their own pillow.

How far in advance should I book my party?
Our weekends fill up pretty quickly. We suggest you book your party one-two months in advance.
What payment method do you prefer?
We accept cash or venmo.
When is my balance due?
The remaining balance is due the day of the party.

A $50 deposit is due at booking. Your party is NOT secure until that payment is received.
